**Agreement:** This is a sample agreement made for display purposes only and is not legally binding. It represents the structure and terms typically used by WonderDoodles for their sales contracts.

**Spay/Neuter Agreement:**  
- Proof of spay/neuter by licensed veterinarian required by 6 ½ months (or as vet recommends in writing).  
- Failure to provide proof: puppy surrendered to breeder or $5,000 penalty, no registration, and buyer responsible for legal fees.  
- Puppy to never be bred; selling price is based on spay/neuter agreement.

**Limited Health Guarantee:**  
- 48 hours (72 hours if received on Saturday) for veterinary check-up.  
- No guarantee against parasites, treatable conditions, underbite, overbite, or non-life-limiting congenital conditions.  
- Replacement puppy only for irreversible genetic defect directly causing death; genetic guarantee valid until 24 months.  
- Seller not responsible for veterinary, medical, or other expenses after exchange.

**Size, Coat, and Color Disclaimer:**  
- Adult size, coat texture, curl, and color intensity are estimates; not guaranteed.

**Buyer Responsibilities:**  
- Puppy must never be placed in a shelter; return to seller if unable to keep.  
- Buyer authorized seller to obtain veterinary records; fees at buyer’s expense.  
- Buyer responsible for all attorney fees and court costs if legal action arises.  
- Regular veterinary care, vaccines, grooming, and basic training recommended.
